From 11-14 February 2019 the authors of the Handbook will gather during a NIAS Lorentz Workshop in Leiden. One of the goals of this workshop is for the authors to peer review each other’s Handbook contributions. Also, the workshop will stimulate cross-fertilization among authors from various disciplinary backgrounds and produce an ambitious future research agenda on frugal innovation.
