Who is responsible for the sustainable transition in healthcare? Does a better healthcare environment start with the healthcare professional themselves, or with the institution management? Or should the industry change? How can we ensure behavioural change in the workplace, and what will help persuade the industry? Which beliefs and motivations drive sustainability and which keep unsustainable practices in place?
