White paper This is the real smart city

Last June, the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Centre for BOLD Cities released the white paper "This is the real smart city. With lively debate about democracy, data, and technology," in which scholars and practitioner experts discuss smart cities, citizen participation and governance issues.
